The Western Cape will aim to attract global capital through its inaugural Western Cape Investment Summit 2025 (WCIS 2025) next month. Scheduled to be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, the investor event is being hosted under the theme ‘Catalysing Growth, Connecting Opportunities’ and runs from November 5-7.

The summit aims to facilitate investments across various sectors of between R399 billion and R446 billion, spanning more than 100 projects. The red carpet is being rolled out at the inaugural Western Cape Investment Summit 2025 (WCIS 2025), a three-day event set for 5 to 7 November at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

The inaugural Western Cape Investment Summit will be taking place at the CTICC from 5-7 November and aims to connect potential investors to projects which have been pre-approved and with set timelines. The launch took the form of a high-level stakeholder engagement business breakfast, led by Dr Ivan Meyer, Western Cape Minister of Agriculture, Economic Development and Tourism.
